Having an activation, campaign or product launch?

You’re likely researching tents, flags, backdrops, banners, covers, displays and all sorts of branded displays.

Not only do you want to create an awesome experience for your audience but also maximize brand or product awareness and measurable audience interactions.

We get it.

We work with consumer brands and marketing firms across North America on all sizes of activations, campaigns and launches.

Printed displays are the key piece that share the brand message, attract and align with your audience and ultimately make sure you achieve your goals.

One of the challenges though is choosing the right supplier, staying on budget but most importantly making sure that the displays best represent the brand.

When done right this will go off awesome, your guests will love it and the brand is going to be best represented, crushing your goals… unfortunately so often we see horror stories of choosing the wrong options and last minute onsite stress!

the top things to consider:

Here’s the top things to consider when researching for your event:

Large format designers:

Working with designers that understand how to work with such large products. Often times we receive artwork from brands with amazing designers BUT because they’re so used to print and small format they lose sight of little details that matter on big displays like: Logo placement, calls to action, hashtags, etc. For example if you have a large backdrop you never want key info near the bottom because it will be by people’s feet. This is very different than a hand out. We always are scanning artwork and considering how it’s being used.

Brand Representation:

If you’re shopping for the cheapest products chances are it’s going to look that way. That may be ok if it’s a value brand but if it’s a premium brand remember textiles are everything! The materials create the experience for the audience. Be sure to talk with someone who understands your brand guidelines and event vision so they can recommend ideal products and materials.

Activation, Campaign or Launch Message:

There are so many printed display sizes, types, shapes and materials. Since we do 1000’s of events per year when we walk through you event vision…we can share product options and ways to engage with your audience. The branded displays are the best way to attract and align with your audience through the message, information, hashtags, cta’s, etc. We want to make sure you’re getting the maximum ROI with your displays.

Colour guarantee of the vendor:

What is your vendor guaranteeing and how will they stand by that. Many print supplier’s don’t guarantee their work, in fact often times they have disclaimers saying they don’t take responsibility if it doesn’t appear the way it looks on the proof. Don’t find out last minute on-site!

We have a love it guarantee because we know it has to be perfect. Not all products and printing methods are the same. Be careful of economy print shops that don’t back up their work.

Branded Asset or Printed Displays ROI:

This won’t be the last event. Make sure to find suppliers that give you long term warranties so that if you’re travelling or reusing in the future and you, someone from your team or the courier damages it you’re taken care of. Many suppliers only offer 30 day warranties. We offer lifetime on many of our products. Also we like to recommend how you can rebrand for future events to get the maximum ROI from your display investment.

Our final thought:

This event is a big deal…for you and the brand or your firm. If you call in advance we can talk about the event vision, message and goals and possibly make some recommendations to help your planning. That way as you and your team are working through plans you have more to go with.

If all this makes call now and let’s chat about your event and find out why so many brands and marketing firms come back year after year.

If you’re not ready just yet no big deal just remember: find the right supplier that is going to deliver the right product, on time, that will help create the best event experience for your audience and back you up if anything goes wrong.

Or, call now!
