Reuse and Warranty:
This is likely not the first or last event so, you want to make sure the supplier is going to stand behind their product. Warranties range from 14 days to lifetime. We provide lifetime on many of our products so verify what your supplier is willing to do. Make sure the long term ROI is going to be there and you’re not buying new next year!
Colour Guarantees:
Again looking for vendors that will take care of you if the colour isn’t exactly what you expected. Some suppliers will say if it doesn’t match your monitor they don’t guarantee it. We have a love it guarantee because we know that how it looks is super important. We want to make sure you love it!
Guest or Audience Experience:
The most important piece is the experience that your guests or audience is having.
