This pop-up style frame is durable and lightweight. Our frames are made from aluminum and they are easy to set up and take down. Your artwork will be printed using dye sublimation process onto the jersey knit polyester material. The material/your artwork can be left on the frame and folded up making it a really easy set-up.

Colour Matching Guarantee:

We guarantee to match the exact colour you are looking for.  In order to guarantee this we will require enough time to send you colour swatches (on the materials we will be using) for you to pick and approve the colour.  

Provide us with your Pantone colour code and we will colour match it! 

Please note that the colours in your proof may not fully match the colour that is printed on the fabric, especially if it is heavy coverage. The colours you see on your screen will not be as vibrant/bright when printed on fabric. We recommend getting a swatch printed ahead of printing if you have specific colour requirements. We cannot guarantee colour matching on rush jobs.

Sizing for a backdrop:

The size will depend on the venue, your vision and your budget.

On stages we often go with bigger backdrops in the range of 8 to 10 feet high by 20 feet long but you’ll want to check how high you can go and how wide the stage is. 

If this is for photos on red carpet or at the entrance typical sizes are 10’ x 8’, 12’ x 8’ and 15’ x 8’ but this will depend on the experience you want to create, venue space and budget.

Overall the most popular on stage is 20′ wide and for photos is an 12’x8′.

Type of backdrops:

There are a variety of backdrops types and styles, each one has it’s best use.

For this type of use we have a few options like the Expand Frame or a Quick Click. These frames both look great and can go big for a stage.

If it’s just for photos you can go with a few others options like Silicone Edge or Selfie Wall.

The best bet is to talk to a consultant on our team and find the right backdrop for your conference specifically.

Material Choices:

Fabric is the recommended choice of material for conferences. Not only does it look best in photos but it won’t have glare and creates a more premium look and feel for your event.

Vinyl is a plastic based material that can work if you’re on a tight budget but it can look a little “cheap”. This may not be the experience you want to create with your event, brand or sponsors.
